TREATING PAINS AND SPRAINS WITH CBD GEL
An active lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle but sometimes you can push your body a little too far with your muscles, tendons or ligaments paying the price. The cost? Sprains and strains, muscular pain, inflammation and bruising.
Fortunately, these injuries often respond well to CBD gel.1
Strains are caused by damage to muscle fibres or tendon such as a stretch or tear, while sprains, are caused by damage to ligaments. 2 These are the bands of connective tissue that join bones together in a joint. Typical symptoms for strains and sprains are pain, bruising, swelling. 2
ADCO CBD Pain Gel is formulated with a variety of ingredients that work together to target sore and inflamed muscles and joints, as well as minor sprains and strains.¹ It contains CBD isolate, menthol, wintergreen essential oil, arnica oil, clove bud oil, and rosemary oil.¹
CBD is the main ingredient and is well known for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.³
ADCO CBD Pain Gel contains:
- Methyl Sulphonyl Methane (MSM): for relief of musculoskeletal and joint pain.4
- Arnica oil: provides relief from bruises and sprains.1
- Wintergreen essential oil: relieves acute joint and muscular pain, and is used as a rubefacient and analgesic in deep heating liniments.5
- Rosemary oil: can alleviate severity and frequency of recurrence of musculoskeletal pain.6
- Clove bud oil: has an anaesthetic effect.⁷
- Menthol: produces a cooling sensation on the skin that further helps to reduce the pain.⁸
The anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory properties of ADCO CBD Pain Gel may assist with muscular pain and inflammation by increasing blood flow to the area of application. Arnica oil provides relief from bruises and sprains.¹
ADCO CBD Pain Gel is available in a convenient pump bottle. Apply a thin layer to the affected area, no more than 3 to 4 times a day. Rub in gently and thoroughly. After applying the gel, wash your hands unless you are using this gel to treat the hands. If treating the hands, wait at least 30 minutes after applying the gel before washing your hands.¹
