Watershed Celebrates 25 Years with a Special Performance at Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts
South African music icons Watershed are set to mark a major milestone as they bring their 25th-anniversary celebrations to the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts on Sunday,
March 16, 2025. With a career spanning a quarter of a century, filled with chart-topping hits, multi-platinum albums, and international recognition, Watershed’s performance promises to be a momentous evening of music, nostalgia, and celebration.
Since their breakout success with the smash hit Indigo Girl in 2000, Watershed has become one of South Africa’s most beloved bands, known for their signature acoustic rock sound and heartfelt lyrics. Over the years, they have earned two South African Music Awards (SAMAs) for Best Pop Album, numerous nominations, and a dedicated fanbase that has supported them through every chapter of their journey. As they celebrate this landmark 25-year milestone, the band continues to evolve while staying true to the sound that has defined generations.
